This workshop offers a progressive opportunity for photographers who have previously engaged in Memories & the Land parts I and II, although prior participation is not mandatory. It also caters to photographers specializing in landscape photography or those immersed in long-term personal projects seeking constructive feedback to propel their work forward.

Throughout the weekly class sessions, the primary focus will be on cultivating refined content for a comprehensive project portfolio. Weekly critiques will provide a platform for in-depth discussions on each student’s work, addressing the content of the images, the evolution of narrative concepts, and the cohesion of the images within the project framework.

Discussions will include exploring diverse presentation forms for each project. From traditional print layouts to innovative digital mediums, students will engage in dialogues aimed at identifying the most effective means of conveying their artistic vision.

By the conclusion of the 8-week workshop, students will have developed a cohesive sequence of work and developed a thoughtful presentation strategy

This workshop is offered as a continuation for those who have previously taken Memories & the Land or Memories & the Land II, though that is not a requirement. This workshop is also good for photographers working in the landscape genre or working on a long-term project and seeking feedback to help push the project ahead.
