We will focus on the basics of digital capture and how choices made in pre-production influence and shape the post-production color process. We will explore the basic technical aspects of imaging science and their importance to a filmmaker’s understanding of their tools, how they influence the images captured, and how they can be utilized to streamline the post process and better serve the story.

Sessions will feature lectures, discussions, and case studies, with plenty of time for Q&A.

A basic understanding of DaVinci Resolve is helpful, but not necessary.
