Daisuke (or “Dai”), has worked extensively as a local outdoor adventure guide and photography guide throughout Japan. As a photographer himself, he is tuned into what makes a great image and has a keen sense of what photography workshop participants are searching for as they travel around Japan. Dai knows Hokkaido particularly well as he is currently based in Sapporo. He also is a native of Tokyo and particularly enjoys showing people the neighborhood where he grew up.
