Suzanne Glémot - headshotSuzanne Glémot is an artist and bookbinder living and working in Iowa City, IA. She earned her MFA from the University of Iowa Center for the Book, where she studied bookbinding and letterpress printing. Working in artist books, boxes, and prints, her pieces explore memory as it relates to language and place.

Suzanne is also trained in library preservation and book conservation, and she works in the Conservation & Collections Care department at the University of Iowa Libraries. She has previously worked at the Library of Congress, and has taught workshops at the Minnesota Center for Book Arts, the North American Hand Papermaker’s annual conference, the Purple Word Center for Book & Paper Arts, and the Mississippi Children’s Museum.
