The Haas Gallery

Located in the HAAS Building, the gallery presents creative works in all media that celebrates the community of artists at Maine Media

We are thrilled to announce the opening of the Haas Gallery, a new space for contemporary media art at the Maine Media campus in Rockport. Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor and devoted student, the gallery will serve as a platform for artists, students, and the community to engage with contemporary art and ideas.

Anniversary: 10 Years of the Charles Altschul Book Arts Studio
Opening Reception September 25, 2024 at 5 pm

Curated by Book Arts Program Chair Richard Reitz Smith, this exhibition is a sampling of work by some of the instructors from the past ten years who have shared their craft and furthered the Book Arts program which has steadily grown since it was a seed planted by Charles Altschul.
